Burning - Burning is not allowed in the Village of Milford with the exception of contained recreational fires, outdoor barbeques and similar domestic or occupational needs. Burning is allowed only when contained within a metal, brick, or similar fireproof receptacle specifically designed for containing fire. The Police Department must be contacted at 248-684-1815 for a burning permit before any burning takes place.
